This pigment is suitable for use in concrete, plaster, plastics and the paint and varnish industry. Concrete paints offer the possibility to change the colour of concrete, making it a popular choice for painting concrete surfaces. The pigments used for concrete are made of iron oxide and are in powder form. Iron oxide pigments have high performance and excellent lightfastness. To achieve a good colour result, it is recommended to use about 3-4 % of the pigment by weight. The powder should be well dissolved in water before mixing into the mortar to avoid residual pigment pieces in the final product.
