PREPARATION OF THE MASS
SNOW WHITE CERAMIC GYPSE is prepared for use by evenly pouring the dry mixture into a container containing a measured quantity of clean water and then mixing it, either manually or mechanically, until a homogeneous mass is obtained, free from lumps and crushed ingredients. The recommended mixing ratio is approximately 0,8 litre of water per kg of gypsum (the consistency of the mortar should be adjusted according to the individual production objectives or type of application). The mass is ready for use as soon as it is mixed and remains plastic for about 10 minutes. Before mixing the next batch of material, remove any hardened mortar residue from the container, which may reduce the setting time of the next mortar.
