MORTALEX – heat-resistant wet mastic/adhesive – ready to use immediately. For bonding heat-resistant bricks and lightweight insulation products (calcium silicate and semi dense panels). They have the advantage that the bond is strong immediately after application, without the need for additional heating.

Due to its properties, MORTALEX 135 is suitable for use wherever temperatures in heating installations do not exceed 1380 °C and where the masonry is made mainly of aluminosilicate products with up to 40% Al₂O₃.

- profiles for joining profiles in the masonry of energy boilers due to the need to maintain precise dimensions
- ceramic shelving structures for the connection of elements on wheeled tunnel kilns in the fine ceramics and electrotechnical porcelain industry
- for joining profiles in all types of masonry where the working temperature does not exceed 1380 °C
- for joining profiles in the manufacture of fireplace stoves.

Technical capacity and production volumes
The company produces approximately 55,000 tons of fire-resistant products annually, offering more than 35,000 different brick shapes. PCO Żarów has three tunnel kilns, 16 automatic and roller presses, and 17,000 m² of storage space. The company employs more than 250 specialists, and its annual turnover exceeds 60 million euros.
Sustainability and Social Responsibility
PCO Żarów is actively working to reduce the environmental impact of its operations:
- uses recycled materials from the dismantling of industrial furnaces;
- installed energy recovery systems that allow waste heat to be used for water heating and space heating;
- installed solar panels to generate electricity;
- is gradually replacing its vehicle fleet with electric models.
