This combination ensures uniform properties in every layer of the tiling.This mortar requires mixing with water and only achieves the required strength when the tiling is heated to the specified temperature. PCO Żarów has three tunnel kilns, 16 automatic and roller presses, and 17,000 m² of storage space. The company employs more than 250 specialists, and its annual turnover exceeds 60 million euros.
Sustainability and Social Responsibility
PCO Żarów is actively working to reduce the environmental impact of its operations:
- uses recycled materials from the dismantling of industrial furnaces;
- installed energy recovery systems that allow waste heat to be used for water heating and space heating;
- installed solar panels to generate electricity;
- is gradually replacing its vehicle fleet with electric models.
