Description

Skamol Structural Plaster is a white structural plaster specially developed for the final surface finishing of Skamol calcium silicate boards. The product is ideal for finishing fireplaces, stoves, and other constructions where Skamol calcium silicate boards are used.

The plaster provides good adhesion to properly prepared surfaces and allows for the creation of an even, decorative surface finish. The product is classified as A1 reaction to fire and is suitable for use at temperatures up to 200 °C.

Application

Before applying the plaster, remove dust and other contaminants from the surface of the calcium silicate boards. It is recommended to prime the surface using Skamol Primer.

It is recommended to use the prepared mixture within 30–60 minutes. Apply the plaster evenly to the board in a 2–8 mm thick layer using a notched trowel, then smooth the surface.

Carry out the application at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.

It is recommended to use the fireplace only after the plaster has fully cured. At a temperature of approximately +20 °C, the plaster fully cures within 4–5 days.
